Back to some Nepali photos now, this is the famous river that runs through the Annapurna range. Chomrong is one of the largest villages in the region, and is situated on the side of a hill (would probably be called a mountain here in Australia, but to gain mountain status in Nepal it’s got to be 5,000m+). I took this towards the end of a days trekking, when we still had another hour and a half of solid climbing of stairs like this; (not my photo)
